Restaurant terms

Last updated 29 October 2026

Draft — to be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

These terms apply when a restaurant (“you”) claims its page on Outzu through business.outzu.com, and to the optional Partner plan. They are between you and Arri Tech Ltd (company number 13784390, [ADDRESS]).

1. Claiming your page

You may claim a restaurant only if you own it or are authorised to act for it. We verify claims (for example with a code sent to the phone number on the restaurant’s Google listing, an email at its domain, or documents). We may refuse or remove a claim.

2. What you can do

Once verified you can edit your menu, prices and photos, add offers for groups, invite staff and print table QR codes. Your content must be accurate, lawful and yours to use. Don’t copy menus from delivery apps or other websites.

3. Fairness to groups

Groups choose where to eat. Nothing you buy or do changes how votes are counted. Offers and Partner features are labelled as such.

4. Partner plan

The Partner plan is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews each month until you cancel in the billing portal; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Data

We show you aggregated statistics only (for example how often you were suggested or chosen). We never give you customers’ names, numbers or locations. See our privacy notice.

6. Liability

We provide the business portal “as is”. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the Partner fees you paid in that period.

7. Ending

You can unclaim your page or close your business account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
